NSS SPECIAL CAMP REPORT (2017-2018)

NSS Unit (MP011-II) Grace College of pharmacy Conducted one week special camp at Sarang Hills, Agali-Attapadi. The program was inaugurated by Sri.T.G.Kanagambaran, Panchayath Secetery, Agali  and it was felicitated by               Sri.Gopalakrishnan, Social worker, Agali. The main aim of the camp was to rejuvenate the check dam at Sarang Hills (Agali) and to clean its surroundings.

Period of Camp Conducted: 30-01-2018 to 05-02-2018

Day: 1& 2

Cleaning and leveling the uphill road towards sarang hills and disposing dry leaves

Day: 3 &4

Removing soil and increasing depth of check dam at sarang hills.

Day: 5 &6

Creating a barrier around the check dam using the removed soil

Day: 7

Cleaning the surroundings of Agali panchayath. Picking the plastic and other waste materials were removed.
